Norwegian offshore seismic acquisition specialist and information supplier TGS has gained an extension for its deepwater ocean backside node (OBN) information acquisition marketing campaign in West Africa.
This extra program was for what the corporate described as a ‘main buyer’ and can prolong the continuing acquisition cooperation properly into the fourth quarter of 2024. No monetary particulars got.
The newest challenge is predicted to boost seismic information acquisition capabilities, facilitating extra knowledgeable decision-making, the corporate said.
On Wednesday, TGS introduced that it gained an OBN contract in North America for greater than six months with a “main returning shopper”.
TGS formally merged with compatriot seismic vessel large PGS earlier this month, making a high participant within the geophysical phase.
