The Southern African Improvement Group (SADC), the African Union (AU) and the Authorities of Botswana co-hosted the Excessive-Stage Harmonisation Assembly of the AU Panel of Facilitators and the Unbiased Joint Secretariat (IJS) on the peace course of for the Japanese Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in Gaborone, Botswana, from 24 to 26 July 2026.
