A police officer shot and injured a Justice of the Peace at a courtroom in Kenya’s capital Nairobi on Thursday, earlier than being killed in a shootout with different officers, the Judiciary stated.
Monica Kivuti, a Justice of the Peace on the Makadara Legislation Courts, was shot after rejecting the bond request for the police officer’s spouse, Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Winfridah Mokaya stated in an announcement.
