
SocialPro, a key contributor to Sizekhaya’s profitable lottery bid, has accused Sizekhaya and Goldrush of governance breaches, non-payment, mental property misuse and makes an attempt to change the pre-launch advertising funds with out notifying the Nationwide Lotteries Fee. Goldrush and Sizekhaya reject all allegations, insisting SocialPro had no post-award contract, was paid for all bid-stage work, and is now elevating complaints in retaliation for not being appointed going ahead. The escalating dispute has reached each the minister of commerce, business and competitors and the fee.
