The Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Fee, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf has appointed Dr. Yann Bedzigui as his new Chief of Employees.
Dr Bedzigui brings to the place a wealth of expertise and distinguished service, and can help the Chairperson in advancing the imaginative and prescient, priorities, and institutional goals of the Fee.
A holder of a PhD in Political Science and Worldwide Relations from Université Panthéon-Assas, Dr Bedzigui Bebena has authored quite a few publications on the African Union’s peace and safety coverage, battle prevention and regional dynamics in Africa.
The Chairperson expresses profound appreciation and gratitude to the outgoing Chief of Employees, Ambassador Souef Mohamed El-Amine, for his devoted service, steadfast dedication, and worthwhile contributions to the work of the Fee throughout his tenure.
The Chairperson commends Ambassador Souef Mohamed for his professionalism and management, and desires him continued success in his future endeavors.
