Pretoria – The Excessive Court docket in Pretoria has suspended operations after an influence outage in components of the capital metropolis.
In a terse assertion, the Workplace of the Chief Justice (OCJ) acknowledged: “Members of the general public, court docket customers and authorized practitioners, are suggested that the Gauteng Division of the Excessive Court docket, Pretoria, will briefly stop operations immediately, Monday, 9 March 2026, attributable to an influence outage affecting the Court docket and surrounding areas”.
The assertion added: “Affected events can be contacted relating to different preparations for all issues scheduled on the court docket roll for the day.
“The court docket has been involved with the Tshwane Municipality, and restoration efforts are at present underway.”
