Vice Chief of Defence Forces, Lieutenant Normal John Omenda joined different Normal officers and dignitaries from East Africa Group (EAC) associate states within the official launch of the thirteenth East Africa Group Area Coaching Train (FTX) dubbed ‘Ushirikiano Imara 2024’ at Rwanda Navy Academy (RMA) Gako, Rwanda.
